The Challenge
The client was one of the leading US healthcare service providers with a network of 90+ laboratories across 120+ cities and 400+ collection centers globally. As their business scaled, the volume of inventory they were handling increased significantly, making effective management increasingly difficult. They needed to automate their inventory management to stop collusion among centers and establish complete transparency across all locations.
Our Solution
MagnusMinds built a comprehensive ERP system allowing center-wise users to log in and review inventory. At the end of each day, users submit a purchase requisition; the Center Manager then approves and escalates the request. Once approved, the goods or services are delivered to the requesting center, and payment is automatically released from the Head Office. Country-level accountants manage billing summaries and request payments against generated bills, creating full end-to-end transparency across the entire network.
