We engineered a unified digital ecosystem—spanning web, mobile, CRM, and AI—designed to streamline shopping, empower vendors, and optimize backend operations.


We built a user-friendly e-commerce platform for Phillip Jeffries that connects multiple vendors, streamlines the shopping experience, and improves order visibility. This included integrating Angular with Ruby on Rails APIs, enhancing UI/UX performance, strengthening backend security, and optimizing the entire system for better reliability and scalability.
We also enhanced their Flutter mobile app by optimizing the order flow for a seamless wallcovering purchase experience across iOS and Android, while improving overall stability. Additionally, we implemented SalesforceMicrosoft Dynamics 365 to unify CRM management, automate personalized marketing, provide AI-driven insights, and integrate smoothly with the e-commerce platform.
Additionally, we built an AI-powered Copilot shopping assistant using Microsoft Copilot Studio, offering product search and recommendations, cart management, order placement, and real-time shipment tracking to enhance user engagement and reduce friction throughout the buyer journey.
