The Challenge
The existing digital infrastructure lacked centralized tools for inventory, order tracking, vendor management, and customer engagement. There was limited online flow for customers to browse products, place orders, and track shipments. The mobile application needed enhancement to support a full order-processing experience on both iOS and Android. Customer relationship management and marketing automation were fragmented across different systems, and the brand needed an AI-driven assistant to support users with real-time help throughout their shopping journey.
