The Challenge
The organization operated across multiple disconnected systems spanning Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Governance. Generating KPI reports required extensive manual consolidation of data from disparate sources, leading to inconsistent metric definitions, delayed reporting cycles, limited visibility into organizational performance, and reduced confidence in business insights. Our Solution
