The Challenge

The Order Manager struggled with payer-provider matching while adhering to HIPAA and BAA standards. Issues included proximity-based selection, language matching, and emergency handling — compounded by a lack of automation and real-time updates that led to service delays. Data Visualization Services relied on outdated tools causing slow responses and downtimes, hampering analysis of critical telehealth and Medicare trends. Legacy reporting systems lacked real-time insights, limiting decision-making for stakeholders.

Our Solution

MagnusMinds delivered a HIPAA-compliant platform to enhance the Order Manager module. Features like 'Auto Assignment' and 'Broadcast Mode' automated workflows, while real-time synchronization improved communication.
